Welcome. It’s an honour to have you here.
My name is Luna, and I know so well what it’s like to experience deep suffering around food, body, life as a whole.
I was introduced to breathwork and meditation in my late teens when I was struggling with anxiety and anorexia, and was instantly fascininated with the results.
However, I also later learned the hard way the expense of following what others deem to be “right” above your own innate wisdom, and become all too familiar with the darker aspects of spirituality and the wellness world. I ended up relapsing and spent many very painful years experiencing the entire spectrum of disordered eating- anorexia, binge eating, orthorexia, and bulimia. During that time I was also debilitated by chronic fatigue, brain fog and digestive pain. It felt like a living nightmare, and the only way out was through.
Blending the physical with the emotional, my work now focuses on helping people gently free themselves from unwanted protective behaviors and patterns in a way that will produce long term results. There is a way to experience freedom and feel deeply nourished and vibrant at the same time.
While I believe in never-ending learning and that real life experience is always one’s best teacher, I am also a certified yoga instructor, Eating Psychology coach, and life coach via Martha Beck’s Wayfinder program. Additionally, I have spent time in Thich Nhat Hanh’s Buddhist monastery in France, and multiple hours studying the effects of breathwork through the Transformational Breathwork Foundation. My newest educational venture has been the world of somatic experiencing.
